SSDs: Thoughts and Information on Performance and Compression

Overview

There are many people wanting SSDs, many people benchmarking SSDs, and quite a few programs to benchmark them.
However, many of the people and programs doing the benchmarking are clueless.

Also, there are a lot of SSDs out there (our list has over 250 current drives,
not including most outdated SSD drives), making it hard to find information about the
ones you might come across (and hard to compare). That's something that I am working on here.

Right now, there is not a lot here (but what is here may be very useful!).
